Early Bird Hotel Reservation $100 Quest Restaurant

                          Gift Certificate Draw

1.  A $100 gift certificate at the Hilton Meadowvale Mississauga hotel Quest restaurant is being donated by the hotel to the 2018 RCNA Convention for the purpose of this draw.

2.  To be eligible for this draw, a reservation must be made with the hotel under the RCNA block booking by midnight June 15, 2018.

3.  The prime blocking dates are check in August 7 and check out August 12.

4.  The Hilton Meadowvale will provide a machine readable list of those registered under the RCNA block booking on or aoub Friday, June 15 to the Executive Secretary.  The list provided will be used to create draw tickets, one for each room reservation.

5.  The Executive Secretary will ensure that each of the draw tickets represents someone that has also registered for the convention.  This audit of eligible participants will be carried out up until the draw date.

6.  The draw will take place during the opening ceremonies at about 10:00 am on Thursday, August 9.  The hotel will supply a draw drum and a representative of the hotel has been invited to actually make the draw.

7.  The presentation of the prize will take place during the opening ceremonies if the winner is present and meets the award criteria or at some other public event, such as the RCNA Annual General Meeting or Banquet.

8.  Award criteria: It is the intent that the prize presentation be a current resident of the hotel fulfilling a reservation made on or before June 15, 2018 and that the person has registered for the convention. Failure of a person to meet the criteria will result in disqualification and a new draw.
